It is made of the indigenous variety of the island of Krk, the white Žlahtina, from the location of Supele, not far from the church of St Lucy (Sv. Lucija- the Baška tablet).

Considering the location from which it originates, you will be dazzled by its yellow-green to golden-green color of deeper shades. The aroma reminds one of quince, peach, citrus fruits, roses…The play of acids and sugar shows its elegance, one might say grandeur.

It expresses mineral quality with a fine ending which, refined with the pineapple and ripe grapes provide an elegant sweetness, so it leaves a pleasant taste on the palate of the consumer.

We highly recommend it with all meals containing white meat, fish, pasta and rice with seafood, and also with polenta with fish stew and the famous lamb of Krk.
