On one side, it has all the characteristics of Syrah variety from which it is made, having familiar scents of anise, blackberry, black cherry, currant, olive, black pepper, blueberry…, and on the other side the location where it comes from: the vineyard at 150 to 180m above sea, with 30% slope, south-southwest. Red soil rich in sand, covered in stone, makes the wine rich and gives it a mineral component and a long endnote.

Like all red wines, it seeks food of the same rich flavors (dark meat and fish) that it can come together with.
